- Supervision and Guidance: Providing day-to-day supervision and guidance to team members, ensuring they understand their tasks and responsibilities and are working effectively towards team goals.
- Goal Setting and Performance Management: Setting clear goals and expectations for team members, monitoring their performance, and providing regular feedback and coaching to help them improve and excel in their roles.
- Team Building and Motivation: Fostering a positive and collaborative team environment, promoting teamwork, and motivating team members to achieve their best performance.
- Conflict Resolution: Handling conflicts and disputes within the team, mediating disagreements, and ensuring a harmonious and productive work environment.
- Resource Allocation: Managing resources effectively, including assigning tasks and projects to team members based on their skills and expertise.
Walk-in Drive at Startek Aegis–Assistant Manager Responsibilities
- Team Supervision: Assisting in supervising and managing the team’s day-to-day operations, providing guidance, and ensuring that team members are performing their duties effectively.
- Delegation: Assisting the Manager in delegating tasks and responsibilities to team members based on their skills and capabilities.
- Performance Management: Assisting in evaluating the team’s performance, providing feedback, and identifying areas for improvement or development.
- Training and Development: Assisting in organizing training sessions and workshops to enhance team members’ skills and knowledge.
- Project Coordination: Coordinating and supporting the execution of projects and initiatives under the Manager’s direction.
- Customer Relations: Assisting in managing customer relationships and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
