- Data Entry and Processing: Accurate and timely data entry and processing tasks, which may include data verification, data cleansing, or data maintenance.
- Document Review: Reviewing and analyzing documents, forms, or records for accuracy and completeness.
- Email Correspondence: Responding to international clients’ emails or queries professionally and promptly.
- Chat Support: Providing non-voice support to international customers through chat interactions.
- Quality Assurance: Ensuring the quality and accuracy of non-voice interactions and deliverables.
