AR ASSOCIATE RESPONSIBILITIES Details :
- Invoice Processing: Generating and processing invoices accurately and in a timely manner to ensure revenue is properly recorded.
- Payment Collection: Monitoring and tracking outstanding payments, contacting clients or customers for payment, and following up on overdue accounts.
- Reconciliation: Reconciling accounts, identifying discrepancies, and resolving payment discrepancies or disputes with clients.
- Financial Reporting: Preparing and maintaining financial reports related to accounts receivable, including aging reports and cash flow projections.
- Record-keeping: Maintaining organized and up-to-date records of financial transactions and customer interactions to support audit and financial analysis processes.
