SERVICE DESK ENGINEER RESPONSIBILITIES Details :
- Respond to user inquiries and technical issues via various communication channels (phone, email, chat, in-person).
- Troubleshoot and diagnose hardware and software problems, providing solutions or escalating issues as necessary.
- Resolve hardware and software problems by analyzing issues, performing system diagnostics, and implementing appropriate solutions.
- Install, configure, and maintain hardware and software components, including operating systems and applications.
Walk-in Drive at OSI Digital -Skills Required
- Strong knowledge of computer hardware, operating systems (e.g., Windows, macOS, Linux), and common software applications.
- Familiarity with network protocols, configurations, and basic troubleshooting.
- Ability to diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues.
