Job Responsibilities :
- Responsible for making samples available for use, checking quality of the samples before & after shoot .
- Maintaining excel data , generating reports for damaged & defective samples, & following up for replacement of samples.
- Getting the samples checked on the basis of QC report shared
- Ensure proper count of samples are provided for the respective shoot
- Implementing process, communicating & coordinating with various responsible teams to ensure shoot is not compromised.
Walk-in Drive at Naaptol–BACK OFFICE EXECUTIVE RESPONSIBILITIES
- Input and manage data accurately and efficiently into databases, spreadsheets, and software applications.
- Ensure data integrity, consistency, and security by following established protocols.
- Process and manage various types of documents, including contracts, invoices, purchase orders, and reports.
- Ensure proper filing, organization, and retrieval of documents for easy reference.
