WALK-IN DRIVE AT LENSKART – OPTOMETRIST/SR. OPTOMETRIST RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Prescribing Corrective Lenses: Prescribing and fitting eyeglasses and contact lenses based on the patient’s visual needs and lifestyle. They may advise on lens materials, coatings, and frame styles that best suit the patient’s requirements.
- Eye Examinations: Conducting thorough eye examinations to assess visual acuity, refractive errors, binocular vision, and ocular health. This includes determining the need for glasses, contact lenses, or other vision correction solutions.
- Diagnosing Eye Conditions: Identifying and diagnosing various eye conditions, such as myopia, hyperopia, astigmatism, presbyopia, and other vision-related problems. They may also detect eye diseases and refer patients to ophthalmologists for further evaluation and treatment.
- Vision Therapy: Recommending and providing vision therapy or exercises to address certain eye-related issues, such as eye alignment problems or binocular vision disorders.
- Contact Lens Fitting and Management: Assisting patients in the fitting, evaluation, and management of contact lenses. This includes educating patients on proper lens care and hygiene.
- Monitoring Eye Health: Monitoring and managing the eye health of patients with chronic conditions such as glaucoma, cataracts, or diabetic retinopathy, in coordination with ophthalmologists.

- Inventory Management: Monitoring stock levels and ensuring that products are adequately displayed and available for customers.
