WALK-IN DRIVE AT INFOSYS BPM- BANKING OPERATIONS RESPONSIBILITIES :

Customer Service: Providing exceptional customer service is fundamental in banking operations. This includes assisting customers with their inquiries, account maintenance, and problem resolution.
Account Management: Managing various types of accounts, including savings accounts, checking accounts, certificates of deposit (CDs), and more. This involves opening, closing, and maintaining accounts according to customer needs and regulatory requirements.
Cash Handling: Handling and managing cash transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, and currency exchange services. Bank tellers and cashiers are responsible for this aspect of banking operations.
Payment Processing: Processing various types of payments, including checks, electronic fund transfers (EFTs), wire transfers, and bill payments. This includes verifying the authenticity of checks and ensuring timely and accurate processing.

Walk-in Drive at Infosys BPM- Order Management Responsibilities

Order Placement: Accepting and recording customer orders through various channels, including online platforms, phone, email, or in-person interactions.
Order Verification: Reviewing and validating orders to ensure accuracy, completeness, and adherence to pricing and promotional policies.
Inventory Management: Maintaining accurate and up-to-date inventory levels to fulfill customer orders promptly. This includes tracking stock levels, replenishing inventory, and identifying slow-moving or obsolete items.
Order Processing: Initiating the necessary actions to fulfill orders, such as picking items from inventory, packing orders, and preparing them for shipping or delivery.
Order Tracking: Providing customers with real-time updates on the status of their orders, including shipping or delivery dates and tracking information.

Proficient with basic computer knowledge
Ability to Understand process knowledge quickly and efficiently
Good Communication skills (Oral and Written)
