Detailed Eligibility For India Cements Walk-in Drive 2023 :

Educational Qualification:

• Area Technical Engineer ( Techno – Sales ): Candidates should possess a B.E/B.Tech/Diploma in the stream of Civil Engineering.
• Area Relationship Executive ( Sales ): Candidates with the qualification of Any degree are eligible to apply.

Note: Candidates should possess a 2-wheeler with a license.

Key Activities:

Area Technical Engineer (Techno-Sales ):

• Daily site visits – Conducting Site Demonstrations & site conversions.
• Using Technical “Know – How” to generate sales.
• Generating inquiries through influencer engagement activities.
• Enrollment of Influencers.
• Rolling out & monitoring influencer schemes.

Area Relationship Executive ( Sales ):

• Daily visits & interactions with Retailers/Sub-Dealers.
• Acquiring new Retailers/Sub-Dealers.
• Strengthening Retailers/Sub-Dealers network.
• Building relationship with the network and helping grow their business through the sale of our product.
• Conducting sales promotion activities.

Age Limit: Less than 29 years.

Salary:

• Area Technical Engineer: Rs 25,676 /- ( Rs 3.63 Lakhs per annum )
• Area Relationship Executive: Rs 23,676 /- ( Rs 3.39 Lakhs per annum )
