• We are looking for B.com, B.Sc, BA, BMS and BBA graduates who are passed out from 2020,2021,2022
• Must have skills: voice, Fresher, communication skills
• Good to have skills: BPO voice

Qualification Required:

• Freshers with Excellent Communication Skills.
• Candidates must be willing to work for Voice Process
• Should be ready to work in Night Shift(US Shift)
• Should be ready to Work from the Office
• Should have all mandatory documents for BGV proceedings

The job role would involve but not be limited to:

• Verify and review information as per policy and guidelines.
• Follow all compliance and security measures relating to client data.
• Take action on process changes and updates and handle the same with proper research
• Adhere to process quality metrics and strive to exceed the monthly/annual quality & productivity targets.
• Adhere to process norms and structure.
• Ability to work with a high degree of accuracy.
• Work with great attention to detail
• Work in a rapidly changing environment
