WALK-IN DRIVE AT BANKBAZAAR –VOICE PROCESS-RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Customer Support: Assist customers by addressing their inquiries, concerns, and requests via phone calls. Provide accurate and timely information to help resolve issues or answer questions.
- Inbound Calls: Handle incoming calls from customers seeking assistance. Listen actively to understand their needs and provide appropriate solutions or guidance.
- Outbound Calls: Make outbound calls to customers for various purposes, such as follow-ups, updates, surveys, or promotions. Maintain a professional and friendly demeanor during outbound interactions.
- Issue Resolution: Identify customer issues, troubleshoot problems, and work towards finding effective solutions. Escalate complex issues to higher-level support teams when necessary.
- Product Information: Provide detailed information about products or services to customers, helping them make informed decisions or resolve queries related to offerings.
- Order Processing: Assist customers with placing orders, verifying order details, and ensuring a smooth order processing experience.
