Job Description
- WisdmLabs is looking for Business Development Associates to join our growing team to drive growth in the open-source custom eLearning services business.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the complete sales cycle, from initial contact to closing deals, ensuring a thorough understanding and execution of sales strategies.
- Engage with potential clients through calls and video conferencing to understand their objectives, aligning them with WisdmLabs' capabilities.
- Prepare and refine emails and proposals to clearly communicate WisdmLabs' solutions and strategies to prospective and current clients.
- Balance client requirements and WisdmLabs' service standards to develop contracts and project plans that ensure mutual success.
- Maintain and enhance client relationships through regular follow-ups, ensuring exceptional service delivery in collaboration with client and production teams.
