Position Overview:
- We are looking for a UI/UX designer that thinks through what they building. The ideal candidate will be someone who is not just looking for a job but a place to grow and flourish professionally. This role is perfect for individuals who are passionate about design, eager to learn new skills, and want to contribute to various exciting projects. THA expects three things - quality, consistency and timeliness.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design user interfaces (UI) and user experiences (UX) for web and mobile applications
- Develop and implement design systems using Figma
- Conduct user research to understand user needs
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and mockups
- Collaborate with developers and other stakeholders to ensure that designs are implemented effectively
- Convert Figma designs into Webflow websites
- Create and Publish component libraries
Qualifications:
- Exceptional experience with UI/UX design for web and mobile applications
- Experience with design systems
- High Proficiency in Figma
- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to own your work.
