How You’ll Make an Impact
- An executive assistant to the CEO is responsible for providing administrative support and assistance to the CEO at Superorder.
- The role requires a high level of confidentiality, discretion, and professionalism, as well as excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Manage the CEO's calendar and scheduling appointments
- Coordinate travel arrangements and accommodations for the CEO and other executives
- Draft and prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence
- Maintain electronic files and records
- Assist with special projects and events as needed
Requirements
- English Fluency
- 40 hours/week EST hours (9am-6pm)
- A high level of attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proactive and solution-oriented approach to problem-solving
- Proficiency with Google Suite and other office software programs
- The ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks effectively
