RESPONSIBILITIES
- Handle HR Transactions involving Employee Life Cycle Management and Gain Expertise in all aspects relating to managing the process effectively and efficiently. Opportunity to deliver exceptional transactional quality and efficiency, while learning the nuances of the job. Clear strategies to meet 24 hours SLA, same day SLA for urgent/sensitive matters and clear resolution with proper quality check (QC).
- Delivering daily operations with high quality and no errors with nil breaches of Zero tolerance parameters. QC/4 eye processes for all relevant work performed to be adhered.
- Identify the gaps and address the same on a regular/need basis. All risk areas/steps/actions to be identified and addressed with the respective Ops Lead (Only Functional (daily BAU)) & Manager.
- Focus on these competencies for self-development : Communication skills (listening, speaking and writing), Analytical and research skills, Flexibility/adaptability, Interpersonal abilities, ability to make decisions and solve problems, ability to plan, organize and prioritize work, ability to wear multiple hats.
- Operate seamlessly as one team and support / understand the business objectives and support the team members on Quality of Output, Timeliness, Transformational Initiatives / Innovation, Productivity, Operational Focus, Schedule adherence and Ops losses, Privacy Breach, any other high impact errors.
PROFILE REQUIRED
- Experience: 0-3 Years
- Education: Graduate
