Terms and Conditions:
- Mandatory Training Sessions: You are required to attend a 30-minute live, online training session each weekday at 10:30 AM. Attendance is critical and will be monitored as part of the employment consideration process.
- Daily Updates: You must submit a daily report detailing your accomplishments for that day. This is essential for tracking progress and productivity.
- Weekly Evaluations: Participation in a formal evaluation every Friday afternoon is required. This helps assess your learning and integration into the team dynamics.
- Assignments and Projects: Completion of all assignments and mini-projects assigned by the training team is mandatory. These tasks are designed to enhance your skills and assess your suitability for the role.
- Evaluation and Employment Consideration: Employment decisions will be based on the outcomes of four formal evaluations, consistent daily attendance, active participation in training sessions, and completion of assignments. Please note that employment is competitive and not guaranteed for all trainees.
- Certification: A training completion certificate will be awarded to those who successfully complete the four-week training program.
- Inactivity Policy: Any trainee who is inactive for three consecutive weekdays will be removed from the training program.
