Detailed Job Responsibilities for Learnyst Recruitment 2024:
- Handle simple product questions to more complex technical support issues via email, chat and phone.
- Identify and troubleshoot technical issues experienced by customers.
- Coordinate with QA, Sales and the engineering team to resolve errors and bugs.
- Prioritize customer interactions to expedite urgent customer needs.
- Ensure proper recording and closure of all issues
- Document knowledge in the form of knowledge base tech notes and articles
- Follow the SLA for issues with respect to the severity
- Maintain a deep understanding of Learnyst products, build content and educate customers about the most relevant features for their specific business needs
- You will be talking to customers over email, phone, live chat, and screen-sharing sessions
Learnyst is looking for a Technical Support Engineer to research, diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve customer issues in an accurate and timely manner. You will be responsible for working with different systems, software, and hardware and follow standard procedures to escalate unresolved issues to appropriate internal teams
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree with 0-1 year experience preferably with Computers
- Must have excellent English verbal communication skills and telephone manners
- Excellent writing skills and Email, Chat & phone etiquette
- Knowledge of operating systems, web services, networking and APIs.
- Basic technical understanding of Android, iOS apps and browsers including HTML/CSS & Javascript.
- Excellent client-facing skills
- 5 days work week with Wednesday, Thursday, week offs
