Junior Quality Analyst:
- The candidates must be a Graduate from any specialization
- Experience: Minimum 6 months to 3 years of experience
- Proficient in English (both written and verbal)
- Preferable: Content editing or experience in a publishing environment and Working with knowledge management systems, knowledge of document structure, basic XML and HTML tagging, CSS, etc.
- Ability to operate comfortably in a multitask/multi-priority environment
- Should be a self-starter and capable of operating on minimal management oversight
- Ability to work under pressure to meet agreed deadlines
- Passion, energy, and enthusiasm to drive results
- Well versed with MS -Office software and Outlook
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Performing quality check on the documents based on the guidance/instructions shared by the client
- Comparing old version with the new template and identify and record differences in standardized report templates
- Ensuring the highest quality and timely delivery for all projects assigned
- Executing the best practices in projects in terms of processes, communication (internal and external), project management, documentation, and technical requirements
- Ensuring to receive feedback from the client/project manager and assisting in the swift implementation of feedback
- Maintaining reports for all assigned projects and document discrepancies
- Regularly connect with client for status update
- Adhering to compliance procedures and internal/operational risk controls in accordance with any and all applicable regulatory standards, requirements, and policies
