JOB DESCRIPTION
- As a Support Analyst, the candidate would be responsible to act as an SME for critical manufacturing IT applications.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Analyse, troubleshoot production incidents
- Monitor health status of applications
- Problem Investigation and Root cause analysis
- Perform application deployments
- Develop monitoring solutions with latest monitoring tools (Splunk, Dynatrace, WhatsUp Gold etc..)
- Process automation through tools like Pega
- Actively participate in all team agile ceremonies
- Communicates with the business customers, Plant IT, ITO Operations team and Global support teams on a day-to-day basis and resolves incidents.
- Lead & support problem management and drive for efficiency.
- Ensure adherence to CTQ in production support engagement.
- Ensure that appropriate security and controls are adhered.
- Ensure appropriate use of Ford IT processes, tools and methodologies within application.
- Documentation handling (Product specification, User Guides, Product Change Notice etc.)
- Guides and coach’s other Support Analyst on product teams.
- Organize team learning events.
