About the role
- Customer Solutioning & Onboarding: Assisting the sales team in conducting demos for
prospects on their dataset. This involves:
- Coordinating with prospects to understand the nuances of their data schema.
- Connecting shared data to Crux and ensuring sync between LLM agents and customer data.
- Assisting customers’ tech team to execute on-premise deployment of Crux’s application.
- QA and Product Management: Assisting the product and tech team to generate and
synthesize feedback to improve the product.
- Conducting extensive QA to ensure Crux’s output is aligned with customer expectations.
- Gather feedback from customers across the funnel to shape the product roadmap.
- Experiment with prompt engineering to improve the quality of output from LLMs.
- Product Analytics: Assisting the founders and product team in monitoring product usage.
This involves:
- Setting up product analytics tooling within Crux’s architecture.
- Continuously monitor product usage to create hypotheses around user behavior.

Technical Skills Required:
- Strong grasp of constructing and reviewing SQL queries on complex data schema.
- Hands-on experience with SQL databases like Postgres.
- Experience with creating Python scripts to automate data-related tasks.
- Any experience with data warehouses (Snowflake, Redshift, etc.) is a plus.
