Calix Off Campus Drive 2024 Hiring for Associate Automation Engineer | 6-8 LPA
The successful candidate will help to develop test scripts, which will be getting executed on daily or weekly to verify Revenue Edge product from end to end. Engineer also needs to provide automation coverage and do the unit testing for transferring the script to production environment. The framework is based on python and Robot Framework. This is a very strategic role where the speed of development and execution are paramount.

Responsibilities and Duties:
- Work closely with senior engineers to automate test cases and increase automation test coverage.
- Perform automation regression test based on Robot Framework.
- Learn existing scripts, modify scripts, and transit scripts to automation regression team.
- Learn manual test case for L2/L3 products.
- Keep tracking all of the tickets you have found, including product and automation tickets.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree and above in Computer Science, Electronics and Telecommunication, or Applied Electronics degree.
- Strong desire and skill to test SW and a strong personal desire for new technologies.
- Good understanding of SW functional and non-functional verification.
- Strong knowledge of Linux.
- Knowing Python, CI, and Robot Framework.
- Knowing TCP/IP protocol, OSI model.
- Prefer experience working with open-source software.
- Strong analytical skills.
- Excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills.
- Self-motivated, Persistence, and a team player with innovative contribution.
- Experience in telecommunication protocols, Linux scripting, and embedded system design is a plus.
- Fast learner with little mentoring.
