Supporting the claim finalization by gathering required information / documents as per the business
requirement for each claim accurately.

Key Responsibilities
- Performs various tasks like issuing payments to vendors, and sending letters to insured to meet compliance guidelines
- Ordering Reports – Police, Fire, Condo, Deeds & Titles
- Take required follow up on tasks and update the status on system accurately
- To provide emergency mitigation services so that their property will not suffer more damage till the time permanent repairs are made.
- Do a thorough review of the documentation and capture relevant for downstream teams to review
- To action all tasks on time to meet business SLAs and KPI.
