Job Description: As a Customer Service Operations Application Tech Support Engineer, you will:
- Take ownership of customer-reported issues, providing effective resolutions.
- Research, diagnose, troubleshoot, and identify solutions for system/application problems.
- Follow standard procedures for escalating unresolved issues to the appropriate internal teams.
- Install and configure various applications and operating systems.
- Ensure proper logging of all reported issues.
- Document technical problems in the knowledge database.
- Track and manage users’ system issues until resolved, adhering to SLA standards.
