There were a total of 3 rounds:
1. Written Test
2. Technical Round
3. HR Round
Written Test:
All rounds were elimination rounds. Firstly the recruitment team come and start the written test. In the written test first, we had the aptitude, reasoning questions, one essay writing. Whoever clear this round they were allowed to give a technical written test in which there were some data structure questions (Sorting & searching) and pseudo-codes. After the written test they start a pre-placement talk with those candidates who qualified written round. There they discussed about CTC, bond, training, fun activities, different campuses of Capgemini, history of Capgemini, etc.
Technical Round:
1) The first question was 'Tell me about yourself'?
Ans:- I introduced myself with confidence. I started with my name, place, my qualification,
technical skills, experience and achievement, personal projects and hobbies, family.
2) In which technology or programming language you are more comfortable?
Ans: I said, I am more comfortable with Java programming language.
3) The interviewer asked me about my projects which I mentioned in my resume?
Ans: I properly explained my projects with some features and technology used in projects.
4) would you like to ask something from me?
Ans: Yes, I asked some technologies and they suggest me to learn new technologies which can fulfill
the industry requirements.
5) Sometimes they asked some questions related to your interest and hobbies like they asked me
how you motivate yourself when you are in disappointment or tension?
Ans: As I mentioned in my resume I am a self-motivated person. I motivate myself by listing to
music.
HR Round:
1) They asked about my hometown and famous places etc?
Ans: I said in our district there is a national park and talked about coal minings.
2) About my family?
Ans: I said that in my family we are four members my father, my mother, and one elder brother and I
told about the occupation of my father.
3) What is your objective in IT?
Ans: I said, to becomea successful professional in the ï¬eld of Information Technology by utilizing
my skills and enable personal and professional development and work towards the prosperity of the
organization.
4) They asked are you comfortable with salary and locations?
Ans: Yes, I am comfortable with that.
5) Are you comfortable with time durations for work?
Ans: Yes, I am comfortable with that.
